Integrated academic skills development

Academic communication skills are embedded across the Foundation Year, ensuring you develop the confidence to write, present, and participate effectively at university level. This is supported by the integration of key employability skills and digital literacy, preparing you for both academic and professional success.

Personalised academic guidance

You will benefit from regular Academic Guidance Tutorials, where you develop independent learning plans tailored to your individual goals. These sessions are complemented by targeted one-to-one academic and language support, providing focused help exactly where it’s needed.

Individualised feedback and support

We offer detailed, individualised feedback on both formative and summative assessments, helping you understand their progress, build on strengths, and address areas for improvement.

Your timetable at a glance

Your course runs over 3 terms, each lasting 11 weeks, with final assessments taking place
in Week 11. You’ll follow a flexible and supportive timetable that includes:

  • On-campus Saturday sessions every 2 weeks
    Full-day session in-person to deepen your learning and connect with classmates and teachers (9am to 6pm).
  • On-campus evening workshop every 2 weeks (2 hours)
    A practical support session every other Tuesday where you can get help with independent tasks and group projects (6pm to 8pm).
  • Weekly live online evening session (2 hours)
    Join your tutor and classmates online once a week in the evening for interactive lessons.
  • Fortnightly independent project work
    These task materials and instructions will be provided online to guide your learning.

Dr Roshanak Zarabi​
Campus Director

Dr Roshanak Zarabi is the Campus Director of Universal Higher Education UK (UHE UK), based at our Greenwich, London campus. She also serves as Academic Development Director within Oxford International Education Group (OIEG), where she leads academic quality, programme innovation, and student success initiatives across divisions.

With over 19 years of experience in higher education, Dr Zarabi is a dedicated and visionary leader committed to creating inclusive, flexible and professionally focused learning environments that empower students from diverse backgrounds to achieve their academic and career goals.

Marie Simpson
Campus Manager

Marie oversees the operational delivery of the campus, bringing together academic provision, student services, and professional teams.

Drawing on senior experience across academic administration, student support, and campus operations at Cardiff University, University College of Osteopathy, Falmouth University, and Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, she leads on coordination, student engagement, safeguarding, and the smooth running of day-to-day campus operations.


Dr Stacy Wall
Programme Leader

Dr Stacy Wall provides academic and organisational leadership and guidance to the programme team for the Business programmes delivered at Greenwich Campus. She ensures high academic standards, quality assurance and a consistently excellent student experience.

  • 13+ years experience working as a senior academic in Higher Education
  • Received awards in teaching excellence, community engagement and education in sustainability.

Nian Huang
Student Support Officer

Nian supports students throughout their journey at the Campus, helping students settle in, stay engaged with their studies, and access the right support services when needed. Working with academic staff, the Campus team, and the University to support a positive student experience.

International students can work up to 20 hours per week during term time and without limits during holidays. For UK-based students our programmes are designed to fit around your individual schedule, so you can study around your career, family responsibilities, or personal interests.​

UK-based students - Studies at UHE UK can be financed with a student loan via Student Finance England. Reach out to our admissions team for details about scholarships available to you. International students - For undergraduate study there is a scholarship of £4,950 per year of study. Scholarships are automatically applied.

Academic UK Level 3 with minimum 48 UCAS tariff points, or Access qualification must have achieved a minimum of 45 credits, or EU/Overseas qualifications equivalent to UK level 3. We welcome applications from students 21+ who do not match the standard entry requirements but who can demonstrate willingness and commitment to studying this subject, and who can evidence academic, professional or vocational experience in a related field. English Language English Language: IELTS 5.5 overall with a minimum 5.5 in each component or Grade C or above in English Language or 4 in the GCSE 1 - 9 grading scale
