Different terms and conditions apply depending on your residency and fee status.
All degrees are designed and awarded by the University of Roehampton. However, the terms and conditions that apply to you depend on whether you are classified as a UK-based or international student.

UK-based students
This section applies if you are a UK-based student. You are classed as UK-based if you:
- have eligible immigration status or Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
- live in the UK
- have home fee status
- have been ordinarily resident in the UK for three years before your course starts
For UK-based students, the applicable student terms and conditions are issued by the awarding University. The Terms and Conditions can be referred to as the ‘Student Contract’ with university partners.

International students
This section applies to students who are classified as international students. You are considered an international student if you:
- hold a valid student visa
- live outside the UK
- pay international student fees
For international students, the applicable student terms and conditions are issued by UHE UK, part of Oxford International Education Group (OIEG).
